Our organizational consulting is grounded in the vision of the company as a living organism—an ecosystem of relationships and dynamics that, when harmonious, lead to flourishing and success, but when disharmonious, generate stress, inefficiency, and stagnation.

We intervene to:

  • Deep Diagnosis of Organizational Dynamics: Through the analysis of existing issues (unclear roles, unbalanced workloads, disharmonious leadership, tense relationships) and the use of advanced tools such as the mapping of the Seven Archetypes and the Lambdoma model, we identify the root causes of disharmony and blockages in organizational flow.

  • Organizational Redesign (Harmonic Design): We propose a form of “business design” that transcends the rigidity of traditional hierarchical models and the potential chaos of pure “bossless” models. Using the Organizational Lambdoma and the STELLAR/FOCUS model, we create structures that are orderly yet flexible, where each function (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, R&D, etc.) finds its harmonic placement relative to the central purpose (the “1/1 center”) and to the other functions, based on its dominant Archetype quality. The goal is to create a stellar network of synergistic relationships.

  • Overcoming Silos and Functional Integration: We facilitate the creation of effective interconnections between departments, transforming them from isolated entities into cooperating parts of a cohesive whole. We define the intrinsic quality of each function and its ideal interaction with the others.

  • Development of Harmonizing Leadership: We support managers in becoming true “orchestra conductors,” capable of guiding, coordinating, and inspiring their teams toward shared goals while preserving the system’s harmony and coherence.
